Admission Procedure

Registration Process
The school academic year is from April to March every year. Registration Forms for admission in the academic year 2018-19 are available at our Administrative Office.
Parents can contact the Administrative Office to collect the Forms.
Forms duly filled are to be submitted to the Administrative Office.
The following documents need to be submitted along with the Registration Form

  • Copy of the Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Report Card of previous year (only needed for admission to class 1 onwards)

Admission Process
For Pre-Nursery, Nursery & KG – Parental Interaction – Both parents will be requested to join us for an interactive session
For Class 1 & 2

  • Admission process consists of a set of tasks which a child will be asked to do.
  • Parental Interaction – Both parents will be requested to join us for an interactive session.

For Class 3 onwards

  • Students registered for admission to classes 3 and above will be asked to appear for an interview.
  • Parental Interaction – Both parents will be requested to join us for an interactive session.

The school reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the Admission Committee will be final.

Acceptance of Admission
Selected candidates will be required to make the fee payment.
The following documents need to be submitted along with the Admission Form:

  • Evidence of having graduated from the previous class.
  • 4 photographs
  • Original TC from the previous school (for students seeking admission from class 2 onwards)
  • Proof of residence
  • Original Certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification Parents will be intimated of the date and time of uniform & textbook issue

Guide to Admissions at Sandeepam’s Pre Primary School
A child is eligible for admission to the nursery class in the year the child turns three. Parents of prospective students are expected to register by filling out an admission questionnaire before the admission. Registration is open between 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, Monday through Friday, in the months of June and July every year. Students can be taken for admission in other parts of the academic year in case of seats is available for the respective class. Please note that only mothers will be permitted to fill out the questionnaire. No fathers or grandparents will be allowed. A processing fee for the registration from is charged. Please submit a passport photograph of the parents along with the registration form.
